What size tank? Tangs range from a minimum tank size of a 90gal, to at least something in the hundreds of gallons.
If it's the 90 in your profile, a Yellow Tang is my only suggestion. The smaller Ctenochaetus tangs (Kole, Tomini), are a bit too passive for a tight trigger tank. Even then, the Yellow Tang and Niger trigger will eventually outgrow a 90gal.

I have/had triggers with a powder blue tang and naso tang. No problems at all. In fact my Niger which was pretty agressive never bothered my powder blue. It was one of the very few fish it didn't mess with.

I have a sailfin and yellow tang with triggers, no worries. The tangs are bigger though and were in the tank first.

There are many Tangs that are quite capable of "hanging" compatability wise with Triggers, my 2 Triggers want no part of my Sohal Tang....Tangs are more demanding of the tank set up though, lots of swimming space, quality water, lots of flow, and good diet....If in fact it is for a 90, I agree 100% with Aqua, a Yellow is your best and most appropriate option.

Dirty Harry wouldn't mess with your Sohal.
