triggers/anemones

i wanted to know if you can keep triggers with anemones or would they ruin it i have a flagtail trigger and a niger both are about 3-4 inches and i have 45 pounds of lr in a 75 gallon

I don't think that they pose a direct (eating) threat to anemones. More to crustaceans, seastars, snails, etc.
That being said, anemones require extremely good water quality and intense lighting that is not typical of aggressive tanks. So I would reconsider using live anemones. I think the anemones might not do well (though I do not know your lighting). Several artificial types are now available :yes:
