I have a 125 with the following:
picasso or huma huma
niger or redtooth
clown
sailfin tang
yellow tang
dianas hawgfish
3 yellowtail damsels
I just added the clown trigger a few four days ago, and he is the smallest in the tank. All get along with each other, so far. But, by far the meanest fish in the tank is the damsels. The hawgfish wants to kill the damsels, well 2 outta 3, the mean ones. I used to think it was a bad thing, but the more i watch, they deserve what they get. Of course IMO. :happyfish
