triggers

If the tank is a 75 or bigger I would say about 1 per 25 gals. Cause when they get big they are messy. I would also watch what I put in the tank cause i have learned from exp that they kill fish even if they are bigger than them.

multiple triggers will outgrow a 75 but if you have a larger tank for when they get too large you could get 2 or 3 for now in my opinion if its for life i would suggest only one and my favorite is without a doubt a rectangularis trigger
good luck

We have 2 in our 200 gal, We have a Niger that we've had for about 1 year and a Huma Huma thats been in the tank for about 3 months. Like it was posted above, it all depends on the size of your tank, the size of the fish, what kind and what else you have in there. For a 75 gal I wouldn't have more then one.(A small one) They do grow very fast, and will need to be moved when they or it is bigger. Lisa

I really think that your one determining factor is the species of Trigger. If you don't get an agressive species you could put two in your tank.
It just all depends.
