This one requires a most specific name than spaghetti worm... I have seen a few species of worms referred to as a "spaghetti worm"... most commonly the Terebellidae... which this is not.

The red growth on the LR... fishieness is correct... Foraminiferans.

ugh, my spelling as attrocious (sp? crap...) esspecially when i was laying on my side with my cat on one arm such as in the post above.

Huh...this is Euplotes...seem very similar. The cilia fuse into larger bundles, and it almost walks using them.

i work in a lab , i brought a sample into work put it under the microscope and snaped a pic i was lucky to get two in the same shot one side view and one top view
