I would not think so. You should check the first bacth to make sure its not totally out of wack with your DT.

I use TM and test every batch and always been fine with all levels. IMO, everyone should all ways test there new water befor adding, "" with a good mix,"" one should not have to buffer it unless they have some weird reason for doing so.

I just recieved my bucket of TM PRO REEf a couple of days ago.My first batch was calcium around 410-420 and dkh of 8.0 it was perfect no adding of anything unlike some of the other mixes out there.
