Trouble with bubble coral?

Hey everyone,
I have a bubble coral, and it doesnt seem to be opening up as well as it did at the LFS. I have it near a powerhead so it has a lot of movement. My lighting that it's under are 150w 10k MH's and 2x130 Dual Actinics.
My water perimeters are as followed:
PH - 8.0
Ammonia - 0
Nitrites - 0
Nitrates - 10
SG - 1.025
Tested today - 1:00pm with water temp - 80 degrees.
Are the bubble coral really hard to take care of, because my frog spawn and hammers are open.

My bubble doesn't like alot of water flow,just enough to make it wave a little.

Where did you place it in the tank? Is it near the top, middle, bottom of your tank?

I have mine in the bottom of my tank.

I have mine like in the middle of the tank on some rocks. I'll go ahead and put it on the bottom of the tank. Hopefully it starts to open up.
