I'm not sure what is going on with my tank...
I had been curing some rock for a while now. I tested the water in the container and it finally had everything zero for a couple of days straight. So I went ahead and put the rock in my tank, that was 2 days ago. I saw a fish who was looking REALLY bad so I checked my water and the Nitrites were at .2 and the Nitrates were low rangle 2.5 high range 12.5. What the heck is going on and more importantly what the heck can I do. I am currently doing a 20% water change hoping that will take care of it. Any other suggestions? :help:

How much did you add at once? My guess is that it didn't fully cure and you added too much at once.

I prob added 30 lbs. Along with the testing I smelt every peice of rock. Maybe 30 was too much... BTW my amonia is .25
What should I do?
