Trumpet Coral Care

I have one head of trumpet coral coming in today. I plan to put it in the sand where it will get a good bit of current. Do you think that will be ok? Do they grow fast? I know I could google all these questions but I like asking them here.

I got a trumpet frag once...it was the size of a pea...LOL...I glued it to a piece of rock.....Nothing of mine seems to grow fast though..LOL...BUT it now has 4 pea size heads

Yeah, so what type of slow should it be put it in?

Seems to me that was one of the questions asked. But I am old and you youngsters may read it differently.

Yeah, but you wrote "slow"... ;)
My candy cane likes very low flow and I'd say that the care should be similar to an acan lord.
I try to feed them roughly every other day but sometimes they refuse to put their tentacles out.

UH...OK....LOL
Us youngsters...haha....I would wait until you get it and see how big it is....Like I said...Mine was teeny...if I had put it in the sand it would have been gone
