trying to add pics need help

I am no computer guy so here is what i am trying to do.
i am trying to add a pic under my screen name but it says that it is to big and i need to make it a pixl 50 by 50 so how do i make it smaller? thanks for any help!!!!

You have to have an image editing program such as Microsoft Photodraw. You can then shrink the image until it's 50x50. If you really need help send the image to me and I'll do it for you and then send it back. Fortfuzz@hotmail.com
