Trying To Decide Between 2 Skimmers - Advice

I have a 90G reef system & 40G sump with a heavy bio-load.
I have things narrowed down to the following 2 skimmers:
Reef Octopus Hurricone Cat 2 Internal Skimmer
Same pump as used in Bubble Kings. 80scf rated airflow.

Reef Octopus Extreme 200 using ATB wheel
40scf rated airflow

Considering my system is 90G with 40G sump, would the hurricone be overkill?

I would go with a MSX 200. It has the same body as the Octopus extreme, but the Marine Solutions pinwheel is a little better as far as air pull.
The octopus Cat2 is a little overkill, and is too expensive for what it is. Just my opinion.
