Hi every one

I have been trying to find a couple of pineapple fish also called a pineconefish,
I have had them in the passed and just loved them now that I have my reef all set up I would like to add them to my tank, but I have searched the web for them, I can find all sorts of info about them but no one has them for sale.
I have even called and talk to some of the fish company's and they all wont take my order or even try to get them, dose any one know of any one that can get a couple of these cool fish or at least would try to get a couple for me .
thanks for your time

I thought these were deepwater fish. How long can they live in the warm water of a reef tank?
I've seen them for sale occationally but not really frequently. You might have to try one of the LA Specialist sites.

VERY low light, deep, cold water fish. They are not reef safe, nor should they be housed with any other fish. Plus, you're not gonna find one for less than $500, no matter where you look.

they have Japanese Pineapple Fish for sale for 350 plus shipping. They are deepwater and require live food.
