We have a 75g Fish,LR,LS. Later on we want to add coral. But much later on. We have been looking at PH's and are not sure what we should get. There are all different kinds and name brands. We have a 404 Fluval Canister filter and a prizm pro skimmer.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Rio power heads work great.
The first picture I posted is a sea swirl for use on a closed loop and is not submersible, works off electricity rather than pump flow.
The second is a scwd and could be used on a large powerhead or inline submersed or with your canister filter. Your choice.

I would agree with you Flatz, anything made to work with an under gravel filter can't be well thought out.

I had a powersweep but it only lasted a couple of days before it stopped sweeping. I have a Rio 1700 thats been running 24/7 for several years and a small Rio that came stock on my Bak Pak. While I have not had any complaints with my Rios this seems to be an exception. The only PH's that I have purchased recently are Maxi-Jets for small applications and Mag-Drives for larger needs.
