trying to sell snowflake eel

i am trying to sell my snowflake eel and is approching the 2 ft mark. He will only eat small fish on the verge of death and same with inverts. He is being kept in a 75 gallon and i know it is small. Pm me offer for the eel i am in columbus ohio i am willing to ship if you pay for shipping but i am leaning towards local pick up.

Why will the eel only eat fish that are dieing?
