Not a critic here...I think it looks sweet....3 gal display? It looks much bigger!
The leather looks like a sarcophyton sp. to me and the polyps are just green button polyps I believe.
Your display looks very healthy and stable...good job and thanks for the peek.

thanks for the response NM. ya its only 3 gallon eclipse. i have a tad bit of green hair algae to get rid of and i need a mag float to clean the front but i think it looks good otherwise.

very nice pics, great looking nano! i cant critize one bit. i agree hard to tell it is a 3 gal...
as far as iding the leather, i dont think it is a cabage, they crow like a cabage with pedals this looks like a toadstool. although i might be wrong... just doesnt look like the cabbage i own

Great looking tank. I have the same one and was thinking about setting it up at the office but was unsure of how it would look. Now I know it would be worth it. I do have some questions, what type of lights and filtration are you using.
Thanks

i retrofitted a 13 watt 50/50 PC from hellolights dot com. but a 20 or even 32 watt wouldnt be bad if you could fit it under the hood and add some fans. i had to add one fan in the top of the hood on the door, and im powering it with an old computer power supply.
for the filtration i am using the stock eclipse filtering system but its not enough for me. i am going to add a fuge/sump in the coming weeks/months. i also added a 73gph PH but i could use a little more flow so im going to add two bulkheads when i put in the fuge and run a SWCD to them. i am hoping that will be enough current for me.
Leboeuf, lets see some pics of your tank with the MHs on!! that would be great. and thanks again for the frags.
