Turbo Snail eggs

The last few days snail eggs are starting to appear on the glass. What I want to know is will they make it or should I scrub them off for any reason. Of course I would love them to survive and have more, or give them away. Is there a chance.
I guess they could be Nassarius as well. Tell me what you think.

I have them all over my tank, you can scrape them off if you want or just leave them and your fish will eat them, they will not turn into snails unless they are in a tank by their selves
