Turbo Snails Dying! Grrr...

Hmm, I bought 4 turbos from a LFS... All 4 along with the 4 hermits are all alive and thriving (knoch on wood). I didn't drip acclimate them (didn't even think of it at the time) - just floated for 15 min, and added about a half cup of water to the bag every 5-10 min for the next 30-45 min or so.

I got 2 turbos came from another fish site "from florida" it took 2 days "air mail" and they were fine. I didnt acclimate them I just floated them to temp and dumped them. They are everywhere! I have had them for a week or so and all my snails are good "except one that my hermit found yummy but I didnt have any shells so it was kinda my fault" I have shells on the way now!
