ive lost my 2nd turbo snail to because they somehow flipped over and i guess they cant turn themselves back over. is there anyway to prevent it? its getting annoying

It's a symptom that something is wrong with the snails.
Common reasons for sick snails:
Osmotic Shock - Not acclimated properly
Starvation - Not enough Diatoms to feed on
Low Salinity - Salinity lower than 35ppt
Latent Copper - Traces of adsorbed copper on glass and rocks (often from tap water)
Excess Iodine - Iodine levels above 0.1ppm

Mine did this for about 2 weeks, i flipped it over 2 times a day, and it died after 2 weeks of doing it. they stink REALLY bad, so i would recommend taking it out if the condition worsens.
