turn over rate?

I have a 150 gallon reef tank. I am just making sure that I have enough turn over. I am running a little giant 4mdsc it is rated at 765 @ 6' in the tank I have 1 rio 800 ,2 rio 600 and a maxi jet 900 is that enough? I have a quiet one pump that is rated 640@6' should I add that to my return? I have a cqr over flow that is rated @ 1400 gph

4x is the minimum i would contemplate in a fish only
in a reef, i would go at least 10x(i am pushing 20x)
yes that should be sufficient, BUT with the rockwork, do you have adequate sources to eliminate any dead areas?? you want all the water moving, with no stagnant pockets, this is hard to judge unless we can see the tank itself you need to be able to move the water around the rock work as well

thanks for the info I have tried everything else so I stared looking at it all again the water is moveing but I am going to try to get more flow in there it would be great if that has been my problem all this time I have the rock touching the glass in the back but there room still there so I am going to use the other pump to push water behind the rock thanks again
