The plastic on the side is a little cracked BUT THE BULBS WORK 110%! I can guarantee this. I sold many items before with all happy customers. These bulbs work like new. The plastic is cracked, NOT THE WIRING OR BULB itself. It snugs right into the socket, so don't worry about it.
