Two Issues you guys can maybe help with

I bought my Kole tang about 4 months ago. I Qt him for 4 weeks. Every once in a while he will get these like hot spots or stress spots. Today Was the biggest one I have seen. Normally they are smaller. My water levels are good to go. Im very catious about them Checking weekly. My test kist are only a few months old as well.
Is this normal?

The other issue is my Emperor is starting tio change like crazy. His tail is getting yellow. You can actually see it in the above picture but cant see the white pimple. I havent added any fish in over 2 months. Today I notice what I fimrly believe is that white pimple issue on fish. Its not ICH. Its one white large ball growing on the begining of his side. I cant remember the name. How do i cure it?

Could it be Lymphocystis...(spelling)....Excellent food, and vitamins, and good water quality should help that...there is a good write up in the disease section on that

kinda makes it look like the joker, with the cuts on his mouth. haha..
