Two Rio PowerHead 600's are making a lot of noise?

I have Two Rio 600 Powerheads and they are making a lot of noises and vibrating a lot. Any suggestions on what is making the noises and how to fix it?
Sounds like the insides are going back and forth inside.

I have one with the same problem. Maybe that is just how they are.

These RIO powerheads are prone for failure.You should take them apart,and make sure everything is in good condition inside,No excessive wear on the ceramic magnet.No slop in the impeller shaft.And no broken or worn blades on the impeller itself.If all seems OK,I would start looking for new ones.The rios can,and will burn up,and cause BIG problems in your tank....

mine rattled and I took it out and cleaned the magnet.. and cleaned it and cleaned it. then I realized I had to clean deep inside the powerhead as well.. dont forget to clean inside. not just the impeller..

I threw the Rio Power head away and got a Marineland Penguin 145 gph Powerhead and she is quite and moves the water.
