Types of LR and LS?

What are "good" types of liverock and livesand that should be placed in a 20g tank with clownfish? The prices for lr and ls vary drastically. I want to make sure I get the right kind and pay the appropriate price....thanks.

There are several different kinds of live rock. Figi, Marshall island, tonga shelf and tonga branch, florida and some other kinds i can't think of. It is basically just your opinion on which kind you want. You could just get some uncured from the internet. It would probably be cheaper and would cycle your tank. For the sand i would recomend getting some southdown. It is sold at Home Depot but only east of the missippi. It is basically the same as the expensive lfs kind but is much cheaper. After you got that you could just seed it with a few cup fulls of live sand from someone else's tank.

I recommend getting fiji Live Rock because there is less of a chance that you will get nuicence hitchhikers. i.e. mantis shrimp. I am not saying that you will not get them, I am just saying that there is a smaller chance. Good luck with your choice.
