We had ours installed yesterday and the unit is leaking a bit. This is what is happening in the words of my husband
Inlet fitting is leaking at the threads where it screws in to the filter head.
I emailed the company and they told me this...
You can either tighten it a little or add more Teflon tape to it. That should fix the problem. If not, please let us know.
Well it's already tightened more and there is still a slow drip when the unit is on.
Did any of you use Teflon tape in your unit or does your not leak?

Yes and I had the same issue, I kept thinking it needed to be screwed down real tight.. It dosen't,.... clean threads with a couple layers tape wrap and just a easy amount of hand tighting will do.......

Thanks guys! The part that hubby isn't too happy is that he already hang the system on the wall and now has to take it down hehehe
