tyree green with pink polyps cap coral

Hi there! I'm about to purchase this frag from someone locally. It's about 1.5-2 inches for $60.00
I think it's a pretty cool type of cap coral. what do you think? Is it worth it? Good price? I personally have never seen it before. Is it rare?

The actual coral is green and pink polyps expand out of it. I't kinda cool!

I don't know anything about it except that I like it alot!!! I would say good find. I do know that tyree stuff is quite rare and usually WAY expensive

it may not look like that in your tank though....so if you could see it not flooded with that 20k then i would definitly buy......it's a good looking piece though!!!

i would get it. every now and then you have to reward yourself. i looks really cool. i would take the advice of doktorj99 though. i purchased some that look completely different in my tank.

looks like an atlantis pink polyp cap. thats about average price for a piece that size. i doubt the polyps glow like that if there not under actinics, but its still a niece piece.

Nice piece. I don't know mucha bout sps but it looks well worth it, especially if it retains the color in your tank.
