uh i just saw these two big spiders

I walked by the tank when i noticed something moving. i had my lunar lights on so i stopped to see if it was a bristle worm when i noticed one looked like a spider. ive seen the IDs for the ones that feed on the zoanthids, but they looked bigger than that. they were pretty fast and took off before i could look for a flash light. they were doing laps around the tank
anyone have any clue if these are the same ones?

how big were the spider looking things? Were they skinny and narrow or a different shape?

i think they looked like this but they were bigger. there were 2 and i havent noticed them on my zoas or anything

i dont hate spiders... heck im not really even scared of spiders... but when i saw that 2nd pic i cringed and got chills down my spine.

running. they were pretty fast. there were two but the one ran away before i could see it and the othre stood there just staring at me, then when i moved it took off. they looked like the ones from the first picture but they were much larger

i dunno if i wanna say cool...or ewww.....i cant stand spiders i live in the woods of West Virginia and i have killed a 300 pound black bear with a bow and i catch snakes all the time.......but if i see a spider anywhere near me i will run and scream like a lil girl....thats kinda creepy he just stared at u and then when u move he ran off.....sounds kinda creepy to me....they are like 2 lil super smart alien's runnin a muck in your tank....i would really try to get rid of them if it was me just thinking about them gives me the hibbe jibbes

i hate spiders too, theyre freaky. so far nothing has been missing, so im sure theyre not doing anything bad, yet. but theres so many holes in my live rock that im pretty sure theyre hiding out during the day

Zoo spider, Remove ASAP.

If they are indeed zoo spiders you should look into doing a fresh water dip on your coral. This would be helpful for the removal of the nasty things.

the thing is that my zoos have been fine and these two spiders were really big.could fit on a penny

How about a trap? People have been successful with the pop bottle trap. Put it by where you saw them last with a piece of shrimp in the bottle and if they go in it, you got em. Who knows if there is more though.
