Undulated, Maroon, and a cleanup crew?

Hey My tank just got done cycling and I have 8 damsels in there(which I'm getting rid of), 2"Maroon Clown, and just added a 3.5"undulated trigger. I'm thinking about getting a cleanup crew with the shrimps and snalis and crabs. Wondering if the trigger will eat any of them? Also going to add an eel(snowflake?) And an adult Queen angel for sure. Any comments? Thanks! <img src="graemlins//confused.gif" border="0" alt="[confused]" />

use blue legged hermits because they are cheapest. the undulate will constantly pick on them and try to eat them, but the hermits will learn to hide during the day and feed only at night.

That undulated might be a bad idea they get very nasty they are one of the meanest triggers and triggers are one of the meanest fish it might work but if it decides to attack the smaller clown the clown is gone and it even might attack a queen angel. This all depends on the personality of that fish but especially if it is added first it will most likely feel that itt is the king of the tank and try and kill the others off. This is what ive read and had some experience with had a 3 inch undulated kill a 4inch piccaso and a 4inch Bursa trigger other wise sounds like a good setup queen angels are very interesting

The trigger will wreak havoc on your tank. As said earlier, undulates are one of the meanest, baddest, and nastiest of all fish. Usually they will mutilate/kill any tank mates. IMO, they need their own species tank. I'm looking into buying a tank for an undulate only. Bo

Hey thanks for all the reply's! I read and did a lot of research on the undulated and I know it all depends on the fishs attitude. But he's been in there for almost a week and he gets along with the damsels and he swims with clown! I'm thinking about adding the zebra eel and queen soon. But I dont want to buy a cleanup crew for $100 and have it all eaten. Will the eel mess with the shrimp or crabs?

The eel will eat the shrimp, hermits should be safe from the eel, but continuously harrassed and more than likely eaten by the trigger.

i 2 undulated triggers one has his own tank and the other is in with 3 other triggers and all is good but theres one thing you hva to know about the undulated they act nice but when you don,t your eye on them you will see fins bitten and than you will see fish parts so it is hit or miss good luck ;)
