Ain't no mystery. Just a cold, wet and exhausted wolverine.

Doesnt really look like a dog. More rodent-like. It actually does kind of look like a wolverine!

The only difference between the pictured wolverine and the animal on video is the muzzle is skinnier. I have seen several in the wild and their face can look like a small grizzly or as skinny as a greyhound. I believe the skinnier faced wolverines are the females.
