update: AcroAddict's 45g mixed reef

well its been a while since i've posted a thread. heres updated pics of my tank.

notice the new rockwork.

bottom left.

top of the tank aka sps fields. haha

well heres my future favorite coral. its a sunset montipora i picked up from my lfs for 5$. real talk. i was looking around the fish tanks there n notice there sunset begin losing its color. weeks past n i went to go look at it n it look horrible. as u can see in the photo its in bad shape. have had it for 2 days now n all the polyps are comin out =]

another one of my prized possessions is the montipora sotosa

blue german montipora digitata(10$ lfs hooks it up) been a customer almost 3 years now. spent a lot of money there.

i still dont know what this is yet.

Looks good so far, you have some nice frags. It should look really good when the all grow out a bit. Good luck.

thanks. yea ive been tryin to get colorful sps. im tired of waiting for the brown ones to turn to there color. haha

With acro's high in the tank things should be ok. Most acro tanks I set up and my own included have turnover rated higher than 30X / hour. Great looking tank and frags. With as many placements as you have are you testing calcium and alkalinity weekly? Do you find them steadily lowering due to consumption? If so what ro you replace with?

i dose b ionic daily.
