Update on parameters

three weeks into cycle......
.025 ammonia
.5nitrite
8.4 ph
1.025 salinity
0 chlorine
3 meq carbonate hardness
100 nitrate.
Any advice on any of this? this all look pretty norm?

Looks pretty normal to me. I would probably do a water change get the trates lower though, you don't want them to get too out of hand.

wait til ammonia shows 0. afterward, try adding some food into the tank, and test for ammonia the next day to make sure ammonia is still showing 0. u want to make sure the cycle is complete. as stated above, nitrate is still high. either chng water constantly, or add more live rocks to reduce nitrate in the future. also, if u hv a fuge, add cheato to stablize ph and lower phosphate and nitrate.

How did you cycle this tank? THe nitrates are very high for a tank still cycling. I would have that number verified with another test kit (eg at the LFS)

w/damsels. I think I am going to take them back. the lfs told me those results i just spouted out. When i used my api kit the results came out differant.
