Here are some updated pictures of the tank.
I'm not too sure what is in the first two and last picture. I'm afraid the last is aiptasia but want some other opinions. Thanks!!

No fish. The first one has been moving very slowly around the tank...but too slow to watch. I'll wake up and it will be in a different position.
The second one just appeared last night. I have about 30 of these tubes behind the LR. Some of them have started to decompose so I'm not too sure what they are or came from.

No clue yet. I'm adding corals so everything needs to be reef safe. I'll probably get the typical clowns to start with. Really like the watchman/pistol combo. Maybe a mandarin once the tank is established and I add more rock.

Nice start. The third doesn't look like aptasia to me. It looks like a type of feather duster. Any way to get a better pic of it?

That is the best pic I can get. If I take a pic head on, it blends in with the rock. It isn't a duster cause there is no tube and if i touch it, it doesn't retract like the dusters do. The tentacles sway like an anemone but it is very small. Thanks.

Tested the parameters:
S.G.-1.024
Amm-0
Nitrites-0
Nitrates-5
pH-8.2
Temp-80.8
Phos-0
Ca-440 (I think...using Aquarium Pharmaceuticals test kit and it gets tiring shaking it up every drop)
The wife got me my first living creature today-a peppermint shrimp. She wanted to get something cool looking but not expensive enough to miss if it dies tonight. He is acclimating now. Guess the LFS had them on sale for $2.
She was about to get a Koran Angel but thought she would hold off.
Anyone have a Bangai Cardinal? She saw some of those but we both don't know anything about them. Are they reef safe?
Thanks.

I like the bangaii cardinals too, they're not super hardy though just to let you know. I had some and had to get rid of them because of my butterflys. They would pick on them so bad and cause them not eating at all and hiding behide things to get away from the butterflys. Between the butterflys and the cardinals, we chose to keep the butterflys. My partner always wanted those things, not me though, they're mean!!! They're Heniochus Butterfly, we have 3 of those fish. They're very fun to watch though I do have to say that much, but they're not reef safe, well...they need to be moderated anyway with reef. :happyfish
