Updated pics of my 140

After 1 year... I also have 2 Mandarins that are nice and fat that have been in there for about 8 months.
140 Gallon, 250 Metal Hallide, 60 gallon Sump, sea swirls, 250lbs of live rock
150 misc crabs, 3 fire shrimp, 3 cleaner shrimp, 5 peppermints
3 Orange Linka's, 2 Blue Linkias, 1 Purple Linkia
2 Serpent Star Fish
FoxFace,Niger Trigger, Purple Pseudochromis, Green Chromi, Yellow Tang, Kole Tang, 2 Clowns, Diamond Goby, Hippo Tang, Sailfin Tang, 2 Mandarins, 3 gobys (can't remember what they are called), Flame Angel, 2 Fairy Wrasses, 2 Anthias

Gorgeous tank for only a year. Very aesthetically pleasing. I think your stocked a bit heavily, but if all is doing well, it works.

I have 6 Linkia's. They are all about 4-6 inches in diameter.

I can say I am green with envy
However, I am exceedingly worried about that many Linckia. If they make it 18 months, then I guess you are OK. But right now hard to know. That is a lot of competition for the same limited food resource.

All of them have been in the tank for 10 months... My tank is about 14 months old.

Give it 18 months before knowing if they will be OK. They take pretty much at least a year to starve.

how do you keep your sand so clean, i saw another guy with sand as nice as yours but he said he had a total of like 7 trillion snails (250). what do you do

I would do that! Make sure you give them to friends with established tanks and lots of LR, acclaimate 3 or 4 hrs.

I have a diamond Goby. Ever since I got him my sand is sparkling white all the time. It's definetly worth getting one if you can.
