Upgrade...

Hey all...
I'm beginning to think about my tank upgrade. I currently have a 25 gallon with a Skilter and a powerhead. Crushed Coral bed with live rock, a Niger trigger, and various crabs, snails & stars....I bought the Niger small with the plan to upgrade when he gets bigger and he is now getting to that point.
I would like to go with a 72 bowfront or a 75 gallon. I will get a large amount of live rock. Eventually, I will add a Porcy Puffer & a Snowflake Eel. I have been looking at the 48" Coralife Aqualight...
I most likely will not be doing a refug/sump yet, due to $$ and the fact that I may be moving within the year. Even thought I would love to set one up....
What advice or suggestions can people give as far as filtration/skimming for a 72-75 gallon FOWLR setup?

Since you already have it, why not use your 25 gallon tank as a sump? That would make your water system about 15 gallons bigger.

That is a possiblity...but does require a return pump, overflow, media, etc. I was hoping to avoid those costs, but now that I think of it, that may be cheaper than getting an external filter.
What is a recommended overflow, protein skimmer and return pump?
I will have to do some reading about creating fuges...
Also, I also have a 20 gallon tank that is currently setup in my bedroom that I could use for a sump instead...dont think the 25 would fit in the stand, cuz its a tall.
