Upgrading a Light

Do they have replacement bulbs that have more wattage for my 65 watt Coralife Powercompact? Or is that all i can have?

Your wattage is really determined by you ballast in your fixture. So you really can't get any more out of it.

Would i be able to get a Button Polyp with the light i have right now

I had 65w over a 20 a couple months ago and I had some button polyps too. They don't really show their true color under that, but later on I added another strip of pc and doubled my total wattage. And soon realize that my zoos are actually purple in the center. So I would answer yes to your question but it won't be perfect.
