Upgrading flow on maxijets! Where?

Ok I just bought a maxijet 600 and 1200. I have set them up with the 1200 having a hydor flo attachment. I am not getting too much flow from them. It goes about 5 inches and then completely disperses. Now a few weeks ago I saw somthing on how you can improve the flow of a maxijet. Can anyone help me with this?

I would just google maxijet mod (or similar - maxijet modification, mods, etc). You will find what you need I expect.

holy shmokes,....a mj900 that puts out 2400gph thats crazy....gotta try it!
