I'm thinking of getting a bigger tank with the built in overflows. I have a 90 right now. I'm thinking of a 125, 150. my husband says if I'm going to 150 i might as well go to 180. not sure if I should do that big. My 90 I have 2 x 250 W metal halides and 2 super actinic vho's. Do you think it would be ok to take the 250's and place them one on each end and do 4 or 6 t-5 Ho's in the center. right now in my 90 i have a frogspawn ,colt, rose bta, mushrooms, ricodia's, blueberry gorg, yellow gorg. i did have some clams would like to get some again. I'm going to put my lion in the 90 when I'm done , he's in a 30 right now. so if i put the bigger tank up and put sand in it and some LR then let it cycle, then i can just start transfering the stuff from my 90 to it. I was trying to do a search on here by putting tank upgrades but couldn't find anything. I know I'll have more questions. what exactly is a closed loop system.
