upgrading to a oceanic 58

hey a few questions here, i currently have a year and a half old 29 gallon reek tank and i want to move it into a 58 gallon oceanic...so excited cant wait haha. anyways ill be using about 25 gallons of water from the 29 and the rest will be new saltwater is this ok? and as for the sandbed can i use my established sand bed or should i get new sand and "seed" it with a cup or 2 from the old sand bed? is there any kind of cycle that can occur, im pretty nervous about this i love my tank and i dont want to ruin it because its come so far. please help!

If your only transferring over sand/rock/lifestock you already have an not adding anything else then you shouldn't see a cycle. However disturbing the sandbed could release nutrients into the water and cause a small cycle when you add it to the new tank.
