UPGRADING XD

hey guys i had a deal today that i just couldn't pass up, i had posted my old nova t5 lighting on craiglist for sale and got offered a trade, a 40gal tank and stand for my old 48in nova, i was thinking after the excitment wore off that it might not have been a good deal, any suggestions, and if its a good deal how should i go about transfering my 20 to it, i was thinking about starting from scratch and using my old filters(sump, phosban reactor, and protein skimmer) and getting new live sand, rock, and potentially lighting. any suggestions?

well i got the tank home and it was in excellent condition, but i had to modify the stand to use my sump here is what i did, tell me what you guys think
