Forgot to ask, what size hole should I have drilled, they said they'd do up to a 2 in hole but charge more for it, I heard 1 1/4 or 1 1/2 is a good size.
The inlet on my sump is 1 1/4 and the outlet is about 2, where can I get the bulkheads for these, since it didnt come with any? I tried home depot and lowes and they said theyve never caried anything like those.

Youre right about the middle brace and overflow possibly being an issue. one corner would be fine. heck, even off center isnt that bad. work with the lfs on finding a position before they drill it.
I think you have the overflow at 1.5" and the return at 1" but dont quote me on that. LFS would know about that too.
the bulk heads you have to get from a special vendor. My LFS carries alot of plumbing materials, but you may have to find them online.

Time for an update!
Tank and stand are here! Im not at all happy with the stand design, but im going to work with it.
Nova extreme fixture is here!
Sump is finished/built.
Tank is getting drilled tomorrow.
Pumbing tomorrow night, and then......WATER!
