They all are since they are herbivores. However, they have a tendancy to knock things over as they move about.

Yes, but depends on your definition.
but ones to avoid are:
pencil urchin: are serious bulldozers, and have been reputed to be predatory
Diadema: need a large amount of space, and need a copious amount of macro algae
flower pot urchins: beautiful AND venemous
