Urgent: Kent Rx-p?

Hi Guys,
Need some help pretty much ASAP, I have some Ick in my tank (see my thread in disease forum labelled my poor yellow tang!), and I have some Kent RX-P. I have no corals (although it is copper free) and 3 fish down with the Ick which developed overnight.
Now some people are saying that they havent found RX-p very handy, but I do not have a quaranteen tank and am dubious over this hypo-salinity and preferably would like to try the Kent product.
Has anyone had any experience of this product, has it worked for them? Any side effects?

I tried it...didnt work. Tried it again...still didnt work. Followed labeling as for dosage and such

I had purchased it but then did not use it due to having corals in my tank. Instead I used No-Ick as described on the bottle, added garlic to the food for every feeding and added a 2nd cleaner shrimp. Maybe I got lucky but this combination wiped the ick out of my tank and there are no more visible signs or behaviour from the fish indicating it is still there and newly added fish have not gotten it.
