urgent: please help

Do not plan to move this fish to the QT yet.
Please answer my previous question about water readings. Ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, salinity, pH, water temperature.
Also, how long have you had your tank set up?

I think we are posting faster than we can read each other posts.
How long have you had this fish, and post up your water readings in the tank this fish is in.
I need that answered.

I believe you said in another post that all your other fish died? What happened?
Are you able to do a 20% water change in your tank? You must use salt water that has been well mixed for at least 24 hours by powerhead.
What are you feeding this fish? Is it still eating? Is the pop only the one eye?
Before trying antibiotics which will require moving the fish to a quarantine, I'd like to see if he can get in to better shape where he is.
I'm going to say start feeding him 3x a day using fresh garlic. Here is the process.

Fresh seafood chopped would be best for this.

yes, I had 5 fish before this one , I did the acclimation process and then just put them straight in the DT, I didn't know if I have to quarantine them first or not, and then I don't know what happened eventually they just died one by one, luckily I can get a refund on those but it's sad to see the fish died. Again, I think it's some kind of disease, could it be my tank is too new? I only had it for a month but then I add the fish too soon, could that be it?could it be the live rocks? I don't know, just trying to narrow down the reasons. I got the live rocks after I got the fish from the LFS. after all the fish died I did a 50% w/c and then I got this fish a week ago. and yes , I could do another 20% w/c maybe sunday because I don't have the saltwater mixed yet. can I ask you a stupid question, even though I have a 55 gal tank but the water volume has to be less , right? because of the live rocks and sand substrate. I feed him the frozen emerald green algae and frozen brine shrimp and he is eating very well and yes it's only on one eye so far.one time I tried to quarantine one of the fish with formaline and the next two days it died. I don't know what happen. I tried your method, but maybe it was too late. okay I will try what you suggest here , hope it works. thank you so much.

You are definitely going too fast for a new tank. You should set up your live rock in the tank, allow it to cycle as you add a bit of food to the tank every day, then once you have good water readings, then add one fish at a time, or a couple of small fish.
To be honest, the tang that is sick now is not an appropriate fish for the size tank that you have. Tangs need lots of long style swimming room so that they can shoot out swimming hard. This can't be done in the size tank you have.
Your current water conditions look good, but still proceed with the 20% water change.
The reason this fish has an eye infection is because it was netted during the transfer from the fish store to your tank. Nets frequently are contaminated. Also, nets cause eye injury to fish taken out of the water in a net.
All new fish need to be quarantined at least 3 weeks before going into a tank. However, I'm hoping that this fish will at least recover some before moving him to a quarantine (if that becomes necessary).
In the meantime, call you local fish store and see if they have Maracyn Two for saltwater fish.
