In previous posts there has been mention of URI VHO lamps with internal bulb reflectors, I know what VHO is but the other stuff I do not know what you're talking about.
URI is a bulb manufacturer.
Internal reflector is a white coating like Titanium Oxide on the inside of the tube to reflect most of the light through the other side.
