Will a water pump hold copper from medicine. Like you shouldnt use a tank that has been treated with copper for a reef tank?

As long as you rinse the pump well you should be fine..

What about a tank that has been treated with Malachite Green and Sodium Chloride, does it need to be completely stripped, and such, to be used to QT inverts and corals?
