What is the easiest method to add kalk to the tank. I know we should be drippin it in but what else can go in this solution?? Liquid calcium or a PH buffer?? Just want some info on how to keep alk. at the proper levels. Thanks. :p

I think I am answering the right question here.. If you are asking what else you can put in with the Kalk, the answer is nothing. You should drip the kalk by itself.

kent marine makes cheap drip systems for under 20 bucks, but you can make your own with a soda bottle, some tubing and silicone. If you can get access to an IV bag from a hosipital that will work too.

Personally I'd not mix anything with the kalk. I use 3 seperate 1 gal containers to drip...(seachem reef builder/seachem reef advantage/kalk)...mine is homemade with IV lines/regulators and silicone.

You can build your own or buy the kent.. I am not a DIY person so I bought one...
