uv sterilizer

I'm planning on getting a uv sterilizer for my 90 gal.i'm just needed that extra push.I have a powder blue about 5in in my quar tank.Are the worth it?And what size should i get?

I am selling a CSL 18watt Double Helix. I have had it for one month and only turned it on to make sure it worked. I am setting up a reef tank and do not need it. I heard they are good for fish only but not reefs. I am selling for $80 plus shipping. Let me know if you are interested.
