Yep
It'll kill the beneficial creatures as well as the not so beneficial. Great for FO tanks, but not recommended for a reef. IMO does more harm than good in a reef setup.

If you didn't have the DSB then I'd say go for it...but since you do I still say ditch the UV. It'll kill the creatures that keep the DSB healthy...and oxygenated.
