you would be ok with the blue jaw, the pink tail is a little more of a gamble, but the puffer would be the deal breaker for me. I keep a blue jaw with my 2 volitans without issues.

The pink tail should be fine as long as its well fed....

The thing with lions is that they are not fast and have long fins. Many puffers and triggers find their fins very tempting to chew. I wouldn't add a lion into your mix. If you do then keep a very close eye on it and have a tank ready to remove someone if need be.

this is why you dont keep them together. before anybody jumps in and starts calling for heads too roll the Lion was taken out and was not harmed any further.

Hello All,
Im new to this site but heres my input,
I currently own a 200 gallon it has a 7 inch lion fish,2 puffers one being a stars and strips and a pork puffer, I also have 3 tangs hippo,yellow and kole. I also have a 2 1/2ft zebra eel. Ive owned all for 1 year or so. I have seen the pork puffer try to nip the tips of the lions flares but very rarely normally only when his hungry. I guess the point im trying to make is maybe its ok as long as the tanks is big enough what do you guys say??? the video I saw here shows the lion almost cornered im not sure the size though.

Your puffers will grow. Porky will get just that. Large and more aggressive. 200 g will be too small for a full grown porky with other fish.

Not all the fins are venomous and other fish seem to know it. The tormentors can zip in and out before the lion can assume his defensive posture.
