Valentini and Tomatoe Clown reef safe?

I am thinking about adding some reefs to my tank and have some general but important questions.
I have a 30 gallon tank with only a Valentini Puffer and a Tomotoe Clown and three hermit crabs. I want to add reefs. I have the lights for them so I figure why not add some to my tank. But is the Valentini reef safe? I hear its hit or miss. Secondly will a tomatoe clown use and anemone and finally will the anemone be harmfull to the puffer?
any advice will be helpful.

An anemone in a 30 gallon would be hard you would need to get an species that stays small, my sebea would take up pretty much the entire bottom of a 30 gallon. As far as the clown using it, it's hit or miss some do some don't, does depend on the type of anemone and if the clown was tank raised or not. I don't know about the puffer, never had one.
