how and what would you feed a valetini puffer?

mine liked mysis and the homemade mix i made with shrinp and scallops, and also like nass snails.

Mine only eats off the LR. He was nipping at my baby clam, so I put the clam in another tank.

I have a toby (hawaiian blue spotted, very similar to valentini) that will demolish a krill. He would barely give mysis, brine, or mussels a try. Frozen krill. Yum.

My guy loves mysis and will eat anything except flakes. Great personality!

Mine will eat mysis, brine, krill, shrimp, snails, flakes,

any thing but squid. I take my feeding tool and hold it in the water. He eats off of the tool. Easy eater. I also just drop it in the water.

Mine liked mysis, but loves when i would put a fresh table shimp in there, he also scraped at the rocks and picked at all my inverts.

kind of an old thread but just wondering if i need to give him things to bite that will keep his beak down? how would i do this?

He should chew on alot of stuff, my dogface stays pretty trimmed down because he will try to eat the oyster shell when I feed him oysters. And shell on shrimp.
